Adventures with LUJO Travels
VIETNAM & THAILAND
In April 2025, we led an unforgettable Lujo Expedition through the heart of Vietnam and Thailand, filled with culture, adventure, luxury, and meaningful experiences.
We began in Hanoi, exploring its rich history and lively streets, then cruised through the breathtaking limestone landscapes of Halong Bay. In Ho Chi Minh City, we dived into the fast-paced energy of the south, with visits to the Mekong Delta and the historic Cu Chi Tunnels. A highlight for many was dining at the famous Bún Chả restaurant where Anthony Bourdain and President Obama once shared a meal — a true full-circle moment for food and travel lovers.
From there, we continued to Thailand, starting in Bangkok, where we immersed ourselves in vibrant culture and nightlife. One of the most meaningful days was our visit to a Tiger and Elephant Sanctuary, where guests had ethical, up-close encounters with these majestic animals. We ended the trip in tropical paradise — Phuket — with a magical boat tour to Maya Bay, made famous by The Beach.
Every step of the journey was carefully curated, from luxury accommodations to private tours and authentic local dining. This was more than a trip — it was an experience our group will never forget.
